If you want to post a moment, navigate to the moments page, then, on the right of the screen you should see an area where you can submit your own moment. After you click submit, our team will take some time to review it, and will either approve it or delete it. This process may take up to 24 hours.
The reason why you are not seeing your chats could be because:
Occasionally, our admins/moderators may delete chats to ensure community safety.
Another reason you may not see your chat is because you are not friends with the user you are trying to chat with. Please become friends with that user first, by navigating to the friends page and either sharing your friend code with your friend, or asking your friend for their friend code.
Click on your account dropdown in the top-right, and select 'Friends'. Then, you will see multiple ways to share your friend code or input your friend code!

FGS uses live chat that shouldn't need a refresh. If it seems stuck, try checking your internet connection or clearing your browser cache. If the problem persists, please let us know via the support link at the bottom of the page.
You can find your unique friend code under your account dropdown in the 'Friends' section. This is what you’ll give to others so they can add you!
To start a poll, go to the Polls page and look for the "Create Poll" button. You can add your question and as many options as you'd like, there is no limit to how many choices you can provide for the community to vote on!
Check out the Discussions page! This is where community conversations happen. You can jump into an existing thread or start your own to share ideas with students from other schools.
There's no menu to scroll through, just type in exactly what you’re craving! Once you enter your request, one of our chefs will get to work on serving up an image of that food. Please be patient, as there may be some long wait times.
Yes! Jokes have their own dedicated page where you can submit them. Like Moments, all joke submissions go through an approval process by our team before they appear for the community.
Surprisingly, no! Unlike Moments and Jokes, Discussions do not require an approval process. You can jump right into a conversation or start a new thread instantly to connect with others.
