FGS Student Hub is a moderated student community platform designed to support school friendly collaboration, project communication, events, discussions, polls, and peer interaction in a safer online environment.

1. What FGS Student Hub Is
FGS Student Hub gives students a place to communicate, collaborate, and participate in school friendly community activities. The platform includes features such as chats, Moments, polls, events, discussions, badges, activities, and support tools.
- Chat Lobbies: Used for collaboration, peer help, project work, and school friendly discussion.
- Events: Used to help students know what is happening in their school or community.
- Polls: Used for feedback, voting, class activities, and student engagement.
- Discussions and Moments: Used for sharing ideas, updates, questions, and school friendly posts.
- Activities: Used for interactive challenges, student participation, and community events.
2. Classroom and School Friendly Use
Some FGS Student Hub features may be useful in classroom settings or school related activities. Teachers may find the platform useful for:
- Student collaboration on projects
- Class discussions and peer feedback
- Polls and quick student responses
- School events and activity announcements
- Community challenges and participation activities
- Organized student communication outside of normal class tools
If FGS Student Hub is used for a class, activity, or teacher directed project, students should follow all teacher instructions and school or district technology rules.
3. What FGS Student Hub Is Not
FGS Student Hub is not intended to be an anonymous social media platform or an unmoderated chat website.
- FGS is not designed for anonymous posting.
- FGS is not used to collect official grades, attendance, transcripts, or official disciplinary records.
- FGS is not a replacement for official school systems unless a school or district specifically approves its use.
- FGS should not be used to share private personal information, passwords, home addresses, phone numbers, or sensitive student information.
4. Safety and Moderation
FGS Student Hub uses moderation tools to help keep the platform safe, respectful, and school appropriate.
- Chat lobbies are heavily moderated.
- Posts, Moments, polls, discussions, reports, and flagged activity may be reviewed by site management when needed.
- Blocked words, unsafe phrases, and flagged messages may be sent to site management for manual review.
- Users can report unsafe content or behavior.
- FGS may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or take other safety actions when rules are violated.
Our goal is to keep the platform useful for students while reducing bullying, harassment, unsafe content, spam, and inappropriate behavior.
5. Student Privacy
FGS Student Hub is designed with student privacy in mind.
- FGS does not sell student data.
- FGS does not use student information for third party advertising.
- FGS does not collect official school records such as grades, attendance records, transcripts, or official disciplinary records.
- Users under 13 require parent or guardian consent before account activation.
- Parents or guardians may request to review, update, revoke consent for, or delete their child’s account information.
