FGS Student Hub is a moderated online space built to help students connect, collaborate, and stay involved in school activities. Our goal is to give students a safer place to work with peers, join discussions, participate in events, and keep up with what is happening in their school community.
Chat lobbies are designed for collaboration. Students can use them to work together on projects, ask questions, share ideas, and communicate with peers in a controlled environment. Events help students know what is happening in their school or community, including activities, challenges, updates, and other opportunities to participate.
Some features on FGS Student Hub may also be useful in classes, including discussions, polls, collaboration spaces, project planning, and school friendly community activities. These tools are meant to support learning, communication, and positive student involvement.
FGS Student Hub is actively moderated. Public posts, chats, group discussions, reports, and other user activity may be reviewed by our moderation and site management team when needed. Chat lobbies are heavily moderated. If a blocked word or unsafe phrase is detected by our system, the message may be sent to site management for manual review. Depending on the situation, actions may include warning the user, removing content, restricting access, suspending an account, contacting a parent or guardian when appropriate, or taking other safety actions.
We do not allow harassment, threats, bullying, inappropriate content, attempts to bypass moderation, impersonation, or unsafe behavior. Our goal is to keep the site useful, respectful, and safe for students.
FGS Student Hub may collect basic information needed to operate and protect the platform, including account information, usernames, display names, email addresses, school or grade information when provided, posts, chats, polls, reports, moderation records, newsletter preferences, parent or guardian information when required for consent, and technical or security information such as login activity, device or browser information, and IP related security logs.
Newsletter settings can be managed from your user settings. You can subscribe or unsubscribe from FGS updates at any time through your account settings.
